Yvondria’s School of Purpose is now offering Basic Computer Classes to individuals who desire to learn the basics of operating a computer. Learning the basics of operating a computer will keep you up to date with modern day technology, become proficient with MS applications, and enhance digital skills. 

COURSE OBJECTIVES: Students will learn basic computer skills that will introduce them to the world of computer literacy. This course consists of an introduction to basic vocabulary and terminology related to computer and word processing, Microsoft Word, the Internet, web search, some troubleshooting strategies, and composing emails. An attempt will be made to include MS Excel, and the use of social media while addressing the needs of each individual student.

COURSE MATERIALS NEEDED:  Computer, Email Account, Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL) on computers, notebook, pencil/pen/highlighter.
